Posterior fossa malformations–hemangiomas–arterial anomalies–cardiac defects–eye abnormalities–sternal cleft and supraumbilical raphe syndrome (also known as "PHACES syndrome") is a cutaneous condition characterized by multiple congenital abnormalities.[1][2]
